McKay Stewart, an American actor, stuntman, writer and producer, has made significant contributions to the entertainment industry. Born Duncan McKay Stewart Jr. on October 16, 1974, in the USA, he initially embarked on a professional musical theater career while attending Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. His journey began as a dancer in the production of “Hello, Dolly!”.
Stewart’s artistic pursuits extended beyond the stage. Inspired by the film “The Goonies,” he transitioned into film and television, eventually appearing in shows like “Avatar 2” (as a stuntman), “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”, “CSI” and “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,” among more than a hundred other shows. His six years in musical theater, notably in “West Side Story,” first show in Austin, enriched his creative sensibilities.
He began shooting and editing video as part of his passion for impactful and visual storytelling with an uncompromising aesthetic.
Beyond acting, Stewart’s diverse skill set includes proficiency in seven martial arts, training in Western boxing, and expertise with various weapons. Evolving as an artist, he began shooting headshots, portraits and editorial-style photos of actors and models in Hollywood.
